Secondary Back Care
Taking care of your back step II
No Dates Currently Available
What is it?
6 x 30 minute seated and mat based Pilates sessions delivered live online or online on demand.
This 6 week course is designed as a continuation of the Primary Back Care course aiming to further improve the strength and flexibility of the muscles of the back and those that support it, including the abdominals. By continuing to focus on mobilising and lengthening the muscles and the spine it aims to further improve quality of life and reduce pain levels.
The course starts where the Primary Back Care course finishes and each week the exercises are gradually built up further.
With one video session per week, access to the back care programme cards and access to the VFJ Pilates How To... instructional videos you have the tools to repeat each session again at a time and date that suits you.
