A targeted Pilates class designed to strengthen and mobilise the spine. Focused exercises build resilience, improve core stability, and support long-term spinal health. Recordings are available for on-demand access and are also included with applicable memberships.



A mat-based Pilates class focused on improving spinal mobility, flexibility, and building lasting strength. This session helps to:
✔ Strengthen and lengthen the muscles supporting the spine and core, developing endurance and resilience.
✔ Improve posture, balance, core strength, and overall spinal stability.
✔ Ease pain, stiffness, and tension, while supporting long-term spinal health.
Suitable for anyone with generalised non-specific back pain, it may not be suitable for certain diagnosed back conditions.
🔹 Session Length: 30 minutes.
🔹 Location: On-demand.
🔹 What you need: A stable internet connection and enough space to move comfortably.
🔹 Equipment: I will guide you on how to modify exercises using what you have at home.
🔹 Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended).
