What is it?

6 x 30 minute seated and mat based back care Pilates programmes delivered face-to-face in The Studio or live online via Zoom.

All our programmes are progressive, week one is designed to be very basic and from there each week the exercises are gradually built up. With one contact session per week, access to the relevent programme cards and access to the VFJ Pilates How To... instructional videos you have the tools to repeat each session again at a time and date that suits you.

What do I need?

LIVE ONLINE - you will need suitable footwear for the type of floor in your exercise space or bare feet. You need to wear something comfortable that you can move and sweat in. The sessions may be seated, standing and mat based so you need to make sure your space is suitable depending on the week of the course.

Equipment needed - A mat if you have it but it's not essential. You will need a sturdy chair with no arms, a yoga belt or something similar such as a dog lead or scarf and a yoga block or something suitable such as a small firm cushion. Zoom dowloaded to your device.

FACE TO FACE - the Studio has a wooden dance floor. You will need suitable footwear or bare feet. You need to wear something comfortable that you can move and sweat in - skirts and dresses not recommended in a public environment.

Equipment needed - All equipment and mats will be provided for you unless you wish to use your own.

ALL - Please ensure you have filled out the health questionnaire, emergency contact form and back care questionnaire prior to the commencement of the course.
