Every group is different, so your session will be personalised to match your vibe, energy, and experience level. Sessions are available in 30 or 45-minute options, depending on what suits your group best. Choose from:
• Fun & Upbeat: A dynamic session filled with energising movement, upbeat music, and a feel-good flow to get everyone moving. Perfect for setting a positive tone and uplifting energy for the day.
• Relaxing & Restorative: A calming session focused on stretching, deep breathing, and mindfulness.
• Mixed Session: A blend of movement and relaxation, perfect for groups with different preferences.
• Equipment-Based: Sessions incorporating Pilates mini balls and gliders for added variety and challenge.
• Trigger Point Release & Self-Massage: A targeted release session using prickly balls and self-myofascial techniques to ease muscle tightness, reduce tension, and aid recovery. While it may be intense at times, it helps promote relaxation and mobility afterwards.
Sessions can also be further tailored to your group’s needs, whether that means incorporating more stretching and mobility for a gentle recovery session, focusing on core strength and posture, or using uplifting music to create a fun, high-energy atmosphere. Modifications are always available for those with injuries or specific needs to ensure everyone can take part comfortably.

Venue & Equipment
• Face-to-face sessions must be delivered at your chosen venue, as I do not currently have a location available to host them. Your chosen venue should have enough space for all participants to move comfortably—such as space to comfortably lie down, stretch, or move freely without bumping into each other.
• In-person participants should bring their own mats, as I do not provide them. All other equipment, including Pilates mini balls, gliders, and prickly balls for trigger point release, will be provided where appropriate.
• For online sessions, participants should have their own mat. Household alternatives can often be suggested where props are used, but if specific equipment is required, participants must provide their own.

• Before your session, I’ll consult with you to learn your group’s goals and preferences—such as preferred intensity, any physical limitations, or overall session objectives. This ensures everyone feels included and the session aligns perfectly with your group’s needs.
• Each session includes a structured warm-up and cool-down to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Expert guidance throughout, with personalised adjustments to suit different needs and experience levels.
• Post-Session Tips – After your session, you'll receive online guidance with simple stretches or recovery tips to help you feel your best the next day.
• Session Recap & Progressions – A digital breakdown of the exercises covered, including modifications and progressions, so you can continue practising at home.
• Optional Informal Group Photo Opportunity – Capture the moment with a group photo at the end of your session (using your own devices).
