What is it?

A private session delivered face to face at your hen party location or a 30 minute session delivered live online via Zoom.

Are you having a chill-out & de-stress hen party? Or do you need a pick me up and the end of a busy hectic couple of days? A Pilates, stretch & relaxation session would be a perfect fit for your special event.

Do you want something to finish off the weekend?
Maybe a bootcamp session to rid the body of the toxins and burn off the extra calories from your fun weekend? Or maybe a stretch and relaxation session to help heal tender heads and bodies?

Tailored to your preference, the needs of your group and your other weekend activities I can deliver a session perfect for you.

I specialise in Pilates and similar styles of exercise. However I am able to deliver a variety of different exercise sessions from bootcamp and HIIT to indoor cycling - it really is your choice.

What do I need?

LIVE ONLINE - you will need suitable footwear for the type of floor in your exercise space or bare feet. You need to wear something comfortable that you can move and sweat in. The space needed will be dependent on the activity so make sure it is suitable.

Equipment needed - A mat if you have it but it's not essential. If we use equipment you will need to provide your own, for Pilates you can use things you have around the house. Zoom dowloaded to your device.

FACE TO FACE - you will need suitable footwear or bare feet depending on the floor of the space we will be using. You need to wear something comfortable that you can move and sweat in - skirts and dresses not recommended in a public environment.

Equipment needed - You will need your own mats. All other equipment may be provided for you depending on the activity and number of participants.

ALL - Please ensure you have filled out the health questionnaire and emergency contact forms emailed to you prior to the commencement of the session.

Who is it for?

This is suitable for absolutely anyone. Regardless if you are a complete beginner, advanced practitioner, have medical issuses or need sports or dance specific training. All can be catered for.

Who is it not for?

Anyone who has any condition that is prohibitive to exercise without prior medical authorisation. Please make sure you have consulted with your doctor prior to participating in any form of exercise.
