Feel Better In Six Weeks
What is it?
6 x 30 minute seated and mat based online on demand Pilates programmes.
Typically our programmes centre around orthopeadic conditions such as arthritis or sciatic pain.
All our programmes are progressive, week one is designed to be very basic and from there each week the exercises are gradually built up. All sessions are pre-recorded.
What do I need?
ONLINE ON DEMAND - you will need suitable footwear for the type of floor in your exercise space or bare feet. You need to wear something comfortable that you can move and sweat in. The sessions may be seated, standing and mat based so you need to make sure your space is suitable.
Equipment needed - A mat if you have it but it's not essential. If we use equipment you will need to provide your own, for Pilates you can use things you have around the house. You will find a list of equipment in the individual programme descriptions.
FACE TO FACE - the Studio has a wooden dance floor. You will need suitable footwear or bare feet. You need to wear something comfortable that you can move and sweat in - skirts and dresses not recommended in a public environment.
Equipment needed - All equipment and mats will be provided for you unless you wish to use your own.
ALL - Please ensure you have filled out the health questionnaire, emergency contact form and back care questionnaire prior to the commencement of the course.
Who is it for?
These programmes are ideal for anyone with the specific targeted condition.
Who is it not for?
Anyone who has any condition that is prohibitive to exercise without prior medical authorisation. Please make sure you have consulted with your doctor prior to participating in any form of exercise.
