Each session blends barre exercises with interval training to challenge your body and leave you feeling energised. Recordings are available for on-demand access and are also included with applicable memberships.



A structured blend of ballet barre exercises and interval training, designed to improve overall strength, mobility, and endurance. This class combines traditional ballet movements with controlled intervals to create a dynamic yet effective workout and:

✔ Enhances flexibility, posture, and mobility.
✔ Uses structured intervals and simple choreography to refine technique and stamina.
Suitable for all levels, no ballet experience needed, it is also great for experienced dancers wanting to improve physical resilience and execution.

🔹 Location: On-demand.
🔹 What you need: A stable internet connection and enough space to move comfortably.
🔹 Equipment: A sturdy support (ballet barre, chair, or window ledge). A mat if available (not essential).
🔹 Footwear: Ballet shoes, socks, or barefoot, depending on your floor type.
🔹 Access: Available with an active paid membership.
