Candlelight Pilates is my little gift to the VFJ family. Each session is a chance to slow down and enjoy something special together. Recordings aren’t offered, so you can enjoy the moment live.

🔹 Location: Delivered live online via Zoom.
🔹 What you need: A stable internet connection and enough space to move comfortably.
🔹 Equipment: A mat if available (not essential). I will guide you on how to modify exercises using what you have at home.
🔹 Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear for your floor type.
🔹 Zoom: Please ensure Zoom is downloaded and installed on your device before the session.
