What is it?
Set to slighlty more up tempo music this session utilises a 1 minute exercise, 30 seconds rest interval ratio. The class often uses equipment such as the mini ball and weights and mini sequences.
What do I need?
This class is both standing and mat based so you need space in front and to the side of you when standing and space to lie down.
Equipment needed - A mat if you have it but it's not essential. A Pilates mini ball, small cushion or towel. A band, yoga belt or scarf. Two samll hand weights, tinned food or bottles of water.
Please make sure you have consulted with your doctor prior to participating in any form of exercise and have a safe space to exercise in.
Who is it for?
This session is suitable for anyone who would like a more intense Pilates workout. Anyone who wants a change from traditional Pilates. Anyone who wants to try something new. Anyone wanting to move more, exercise and de-stress.
Who is it not for?
Anyone who has any condition that is prohibative to exercise without prior medical authorisation.
