Ideal for anyone experiencing stiffness or muscle tightness, wanting to improve flexibility and relax.

🔹 Location: Delivered face-to-face at The School, Great Harwood.
🔹 What To Bring: Your own mat (other equipment provided). Optional: blankets, cushions, or yoga blocks for extra support.
🔹 Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended).
