The VIP Friday treat is a live online candlelight Pilates class delivered via zoom. The class will be 30 minutes of gentle movement, stretching and relaxation. You have to be live to do it there will be no recording available of this class!
This class is free to all VIP members and the link is now live in yiur members area on the website.
