I specialise in: โ Pilates-based training for strength, mobility, and recovery. โ Back care and injury prevention. โ Dance-specific training to enhance technique, flexibility, and performance. I also offer a variety of training styles, including: โ Strength & Conditioning โ Improve overall fitness with targeted strength work. โ Indoor cycling and sport-specific conditioning. Whether you're a beginner, advanced practitioner, managing a medical condition, or training for dance or sport, your session will be adapted to suit you. If needed, I can work alongside other health professionals to support your rehabilitation, recovery, or performance goals. ๐น Session Length Options: 30 or 60 minutes (select at checkout). ๐น Location: Delivered face-to-face at The Studio, Great Harwood. ๐น What to bring: All equipment and mats are provided, but you are welcome to use your own. ๐น Footwear: Barefoot or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended). ๐น Bronze Membership Required (to complete health & emergency contact forms before attending). ๐จ Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions.
