Service Description

A mat-based Fitness Pilates class designed to improve posture, core strength, and flexibility. Using Fitness Pilates principles, this session helps: ✔ Strengthen weak muscles and improve balance. ✔ Enhance posture and core stability. ✔ Increase flexibility and mobility. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, with modifications and progressions available. 🔹 Session Length: 45 minutes. 🔹 Location: Delivered face-to-face at The School, Great Harwood. 🔹 What To Bring: Your own mat (other equipment provided). Optional: blankets, cushions, or yoga blocks for extra support. 🔹 Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended). 🔹 Bronze Membership Required (to complete health & emergency contact forms before attending). 🚨 Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions.
