Service Description

A mat-based Fitness Pilates class designed to improve posture, core strength, and flexibility. Using Fitness Pilates principles, this session helps: โœ” Strengthen weak muscles and improve balance. โœ” Enhance posture and core stability. โœ” Increase flexibility and mobility. Suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, with modifications and progressions available. ๐Ÿ”น Session Length: 45 minutes. ๐Ÿ”น Location: Delivered face-to-face at The School, Great Harwood. ๐Ÿ”น What To Bring: Your own mat (other equipment provided). Optional: blankets, cushions, or yoga blocks for extra support. ๐Ÿ”น Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended). ๐Ÿ”น Bronze Membership Required (to complete health & emergency contact forms before attending and access FREE Friday treats). ๐Ÿšจ Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions.
