This session is designed to improve strength, mobility, and overall fitness, but as a group session, it is not as individually tailored as a 1-2-1, meaning a balance must be found between both participantsโ€™ abilities, goals, and conditions. I specialise in: โœ” Pilates-based training for strength, mobility, and recovery. โœ” Back care and injury prevention. โœ” Dance-specific training to enhance technique, flexibility, and performance. I also offer: โœ” Strength & Conditioning โ€“ Improve overall fitness with targeted strength work. โœ” Sport-specific conditioning โ€“ Enhance endurance, flexibility, and movement efficiency. ๐Ÿ”น Session Length Options: 30 or 60 minutes (select at checkout). ๐Ÿ”น Location: Delivered face-to-face at The Studio, Great Harwood. ๐Ÿ”น What to bring: All equipment and mats are provided, but you are welcome to use your own. ๐Ÿ”น Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended). ๐Ÿ”น Bronze Membership Required (to complete health & emergency contact forms before attending). ๐Ÿšจ Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions.
