Service Description
A mat-based Pilates class focused on improving spinal mobility, flexibility, and building lasting strength. This session helps to: โ Strengthen and lengthen the muscles supporting the spine and core, developing endurance and resilience. โ Improve posture, balance, core strength, and overall spinal stability. โ Ease pain, stiffness, and tension, while supporting long-term spinal health. Suitable for anyone with generalised non-specific back pain, it may not be suitable for certain diagnosed back conditions. ๐น Session Length: 30 minutes. ๐น Location: Delivered live online via Zoom. ๐น What you need: A stable internet connection and enough space to move comfortably. ๐น Equipment: I will guide you on how to modify exercises using what you have at home. ๐น Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended and access FREE Friday treats). ๐น Zoom: Please ensure Zoom is downloaded and installed on your device before your session. ๐น Bronze Membership Required (to complete health & emergency contact forms before attending). ๐จ Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions.
