Service Description

A mat-based Pilates class focused on improving spinal mobility, flexibility, and building lasting strength. This session helps to: โœ” Strengthen and lengthen the muscles supporting the spine and core, developing endurance and resilience. โœ” Improve posture, balance, core strength, and overall spinal stability. โœ” Ease pain, stiffness, and tension, while supporting long-term spinal health. Suitable for anyone with generalised non-specific back pain, it may not be suitable for certain diagnosed back conditions. ๐Ÿ”น Session Length: 30 minutes. ๐Ÿ”น Location: Delivered live online via Zoom. ๐Ÿ”น What you need: A stable internet connection and enough space to move comfortably. ๐Ÿ”น Equipment: I will guide you on how to modify exercises using what you have at home. ๐Ÿ”น Footwear: Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear (no skirts or dresses recommended and access FREE Friday treats). ๐Ÿ”น Zoom: Please ensure Zoom is downloaded and installed on your device before your session. ๐Ÿ”น Bronze Membership Required (to complete health & emergency contact forms before attending). ๐Ÿšจ Medical clearance may be required for certain conditions.
