How to Train
Sessions are available in-person at The Studio, Great Harwood, or live online via Zoom, with flexible booking options for 30-minute or 60-minute sessions.
What You Need
For in-person sessions:
• Comfortable, non-restrictive clothing (skirts and dresses not recommended).
• Barefoot, socks, or suitable footwear.
• All mats and equipment are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
• Optional props such as cushions or resistance bands for additional support.
For online sessions:
• A stable internet connection and enough space to move comfortably.
• Zoom downloaded and installed on your device.
• Any additional equipment will be adapted based on what you have available.
