You've booked a class, bought a pass, registered for a bronze membership...
Or maybe you've paid for a zoom history weekly membership...
Maybe you've booked a group training session...
Which ever it is you may be wondering where to find your members area and content.
In this example we will be looking at finding the bronze area and viewing a 'How To...' video, as well as the VIP area and where to find your Friday treats on a mobile phone. If you need the desktop version check out this video instead.
Step One:
Navigate to the website (www.vfjpilates.co.uk) and log in.
You will use the email and password you used when you signed up for the Bronze membership to fill out the health questionnaire. If you do not remember your password you should be able to reset it. If you struggle with this please get in touch.
Step Two:
We now need to find the correct area.
Scroll down to the very bottom of the page and click 'Areas'. This will show all membership areas.
Bronze is at the top scroll down if you need a different area.
Click on 'Bronze' or the picture to take you to the area.
Scroll down to find the How To.. videos and access your available groups. You can also download your FREE '10 Steps To A Healthier Back' PDF from this page.
Click 'View' to find the videos.
Then choose your category to see all videos available.
Scroll down to see more.
Step Three:
Access your VIP Friday teats.
Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click 'VIP' to access the area.
Scroll down to find the Friday treat PDF's and videos and How To... videos and your available groups.
Click 'View' on the one you want. In this example we are looking for PDF to download.
Scroll down the list until you find the one you want. If you are looking for the latest it will be at the very top just under 'Coming Soon'.
Click on the box or picture to access.
You can scroll down to view the individual PDF pages, click on one if you want to enlarge it. Or click 'Dowload' to save it to your device. This may only work on a table or desktop computer.
Your turn...off you go get exploring!
