Hello and welcome to September!
September is back to school!
It's back to school time. Back to routine. Back to the school run, after school activities, juggling work, home kids and life.
I know before you say it 'that's not me I work through the holidays' but that probably still means your routine has been disrupted for six weeks and there is still a transition back to your usual routine once the kids go back to school. Even grandparents may feel like this if they have done extra babysitting througout the holidays or usually do some of the school runs.
Getting back to our normal routines can be hectic. Often things, such as exercise or self care can fall by the wayside. Especially during the chaos of work, the school run and after school activities, time can feel scarce and hard to find. Things such as exercise and self care can be given a back seat for when things have calmed down.
VFJ Pilates is uniquly placed to help.
Our workouts and classes are just 30 minute. Our online on demand Gold membership gives you the option to choose your workout and the time/day that suits you best. Our live online classes give you access to the class recording so if the class time doesn't suit there is no need to join us live you can again pick a time and day that suits you best!
We have many different memberships from £3 for a live online class, £6 per week to access all previous class recordings with our zoom history membership and £30 per month for gold membership that gives you access to everything plus exclusive content there is something to suit every financial situation, time restrictions and needs.

Relax & Refresh starts on the 4th October.
What is it?
A 20 minute relaxation & stretch class delivered face to face.
A gentle session utilising various methods from stretching, trigger point release and guided relaxation to help you de-stress and unwind. Helping to heal the mind as well as the body.
Who is it for?
Ideal for anyone experiencing stiffness or tightness in their muscles. Anyone wanting to improve flexibility, reduce stress and calm the mind.
Our September challenge finished with a 30 minute walk fit class. Thank you and congratulations to everyone that took part.
Our next challenge starts on the 1st November.
