It’s Not Just About the Kids
Back to school doesn’t just affect children, it affects everyone. Whether you’re a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, or teacher, the shift to a new routine can be overwhelming. Even if you're not directly involved in the school run, chances are your schedule is somehow impacted.
Reclaiming Your Routine
In the chaos of returning to normal, even the smallest things, like remembering where the lunchboxes live, can feel like a feat. Give yourself some credit, and if your exercise routine takes a week or two (or three) to reappear, that’s okay too.
Find your rhythm, forget perfection, and remember: September is basically a trial month anyway.
