Let’s break down our live online services for you…
Live Online
We offer various sessions live online via zoom so we can see each other and interact almost the same as in a face to face class or session.
1-2-1 & small group training sessions
1-2-1 sessions are for just one person and what you do in that session is tailored exactly to your needs and wants exactly as a face to face session. Prices start from £16 per 30 minute session.
Small group training.
Live online small group training is for 2-4 people. The sessions is tailored to the group as a whole. Prices start from £32 for 30 minutes.
Classes.
All classes are recorded and regardless of attendance everyone receives a link and password to access the recording so you can repeat the class again or if the time and day doesn't suit and you can't join us live you can then do the class when it suits you. We mainly provide Pilates based classes live online at the moment. See our booking website for latest information on days and times. See here for latest class descriptions - dark purple classes are current and the zoom logo denotes at live online class. Prices start from £3.50.
