The booking procedure for a class and 1-2-1 are pretty identical.
There are a few important differences though.
So let's take you through the procedure.
In this example we are booking a dance 1-2-1 in the studio using a mobile phone. If you are using a desktop computer check out this video on YouTube, in the video we book without logging in - if you have a membership with us of any kind it is always best to log in first.
Step One:
Navigate to the website (www.vfjpilates.co.uk) and log in.
You will use the email and password you used when you signed up for the Bronze membership to fill out the health questionnaire. If you do not remember your password you should be able to reset it. If you struggle with this please get in touch.
If you do not have a membership yet move straight to step two.
Step Two:
Next we need to find your desired session.
Click on the websites menu button. Click 'Book Now' then ' Book 1-2-1' to view all available services.
Sessions are organised by type. Select, using the arrow, if you would like a Pilates or dance 1-2-1 to see your choices.
Go ahead and click 'Book now' on your chosen session. This will take you to the calendar page with all available dates and times. It will show you the current week of the year first.
Click the arrows to find the date you want.
Next you need to choose the time of your 1-2-1, click on the time to select it, click 'Next' and then add then 'Book now'.
You will now be asked to fill out your details. Some of this information should be pre-filled as you are logged in.
Choose if you want to receive text reminders and enter your phone number. Choose if you would like to subscribe to our newsletter.
The bottom three check boxes must be ticked to proceed. Make sure to read all out terms & conditions and policies before you do.
Click 'Book Now'.
Step three:
Checkout time!
Choose how you are paying.
Enter any promo codes now and click 'Apply'
Click 'Place Order' to finish and you will be taken to the confirmation page.
And you are done!
So go on get yourself booked on...there's nothing stopping you now!
