How To Manage Your Plans & Passes

Not sure what plans you have bought?

Not sure how many sessions you have left on a pass? Or when you need to buy a new one?

Just like a passport our pass do expire so you need to know when to use all your sessions by.

Lets show you how to access all the information you need.

In this example we are using a mobile phone.

Step One:

Navigate to the website ( and log in.

You will use the email and password you used when you signed up for the Bronze membership to fill out the health questionnaire. If you do not remember your password you should be able to reset it. If you struggle with this please get in touch.

Step Two:

Click the arrow next to your name in the log in bar.

All available pages will show in the drop down list.

We need 'My Subscriptions'. Then we can view all our plans and passes in one place. If a plan says 'Active' next to it in green it is still valid, if it doesn't then the plan has either expired or been cancelled.

Step Three:

Find the plan or pass you need to look at.

If you have multiple pass that have yet to expire then one at the top of the list is your most recent purchase and is likely the one being currently used to book sessions or classes with.

Click the arrow next to it.

Just under the name of the pass you will find it's expiry date. Please note all sessions must be booked before this date to use them. If there are any sessions left on your pass once it expires you will no longer be able to access then to book.

Sessions remaining it as the bottom. If it say 0 then you have booked all session available.

Don't forget to log out at the end of your session.
