Diving straight in and trying to remember each principle at the same time as you perform an exercise is quite tricky. I don't know about you but even after over 10 years of teaching and around 20 practicing just remembering how to do the exercises and everything that can go wrong is enough for my brain!
I like to focus on one or two at a time and I like to talk about them in my classes during a familiar, easy to execute, done many many times basic exercise, such as 'superman'.
Once you have mastered the idea behind one principle and you have done it a few times it hopefully starts to become second nature and your don't have to actively think about it. You can then move onto another principle.
