Get the person next to you to do the same.
Are the answer exactly the same? Are they similar in places? Or are they wildly different?
The chances are high they are similar or different. It's unlikely they are exactly the same. It's because of this stress awareness is so important. What stress means to one person is a walk in the park to another.
What Is Stress Awareness?
Stress awareness is knowing all about stress. It's about noticing if you are stressed. Noticing if others around you are stressed. Identifying reasons and triggers of stress. Most importantly since it is not always possible to avoid stress it's about developing coping strategies and solutions to stress.
What Causes Stress?
Stress can be cause by many different things. So as always this list is extensive but not absolute. The big things in life tend to cause us all some form of stress to some degree. But it's the other things, sometimes the little things that can be oh so different.
