Hello and welcome to May!



May is May Measure Month.

This is a global campaign led by the International Society of Hypertension (ISH) to raise awareness for the need to get your blood pressure checked.

Do you know your numbers? Do you get your blood pressure checked?

If you have no reason to visit a doctor most of us probably don't know. But you should know and you should get it checked.

Here at VFJ Pilates we will be exploring blood pressure, what it means, how to get it checked, along with ideas to help reduce high blood pressure (hypertension).

So keep your eye on the website, inside the Facebook group and on our pages for more information.


VFJ Pilates News

We've started our latest bi-monthly challenge. There is a choice this time of either flights of stairs or steps up. You can do one or the other or both if you are feeling extra motivated! As always if you'd like a bit of extra help and encouragement then make sure you are in the WhatsApp group!

Join me live for the challenge finale on the 31st May.

Monday movement and feel-good Fridays have moved back to the evenings at 9.30pm for the foreseeable future. The links and playlists haven't changed.

Remember participation in any of our live workouts including the challenge finale gain you entries into Competition A just make sure you comment #live or #replay once you have done the workout. More information on how to gain entries and when the draw takes place can be found here.

The move away from Facebook as a communication tool continues to be successful and the various website groups have now been up and running since the beginning of March.

All prices went up on the 5th April due to the new financial year. All codes and block booking discounts have been adjusted accordingly. But, just in case, please look they have been applied before you complete the checkout process and pay.
